Sagar Ocean Tamang, a Nepalese American man was brutally attacked after completing his work shift on May 28, 2022 in downtown Oakland, CA. He stopped at a street vendor, located in front of Fox Theater, where he was attacked. Unfortunately, he suffered major injuries following the attack.
